Questions before a decision
This suits anyone arriving in distress, whether the problem seems minor or plainly serious. Unease about a sudden dental problem is ordinary. Uncertain how serious it is. A conversation with the clinic settles that quickly.
Will I be seen without delay?
Urgent cases are prioritised ahead of routine appointments. Once with the dentist, the case is treated with the priority it warrants.
Is pain addressed before anything else?
Yes. Settling pain and stabilising the tooth precede any longer conversation about further treatment.
What if distress makes it hard to explain clearly?
Ordinary, and expected. Questions are asked gently, and a picture is built from whatever can be shared.
Is pausing partway through possible?
Yes, at any point. The appointment resumes once you are ready, and nothing proceeds without agreement.
